Turn Off The Evdo Feature On The Motorola W755 Cell Phone

The Motorola W755 is a 3G EV-DO (evolution-data optimized) smartphone. As a V Cast phone, available on Verizon, the W755 has access to streaming media over its EV-DO CDMA (code division multiple access) connection, as well as local media playback. It's possible to use the W755 in "Standalone Mode," which turns off the EV-DO and other cellular and Bluetooth radios so that it can be safely used on an airplane and in other radio sensitive areas.
