Use a compatible USB cable from TracFone to transfer emailed ringtones to your phone.
If you receive a ringtone by email from a friend, you can extract it to your TracFone Motorola W376G mobile phone without installing any special software. You can add ringtones onto the phone using the "drag and drop" method, and the process does not use your phone's data connection. When the extraction is complete, you can use the ringtone in the same manner as the preloaded tones on the phone.
Instructions
1. Access your email account from a computer and open the email containing the ringtone you want to place on your phone.
2. Download the ringtone and save it to your desktop.
3. Connect your TracFone to the computer with a USB cable. Click the Windows orb on the computer, then click "Computer."
4. Double-click the phone's icon under "Removable Devices." A folder for the phone opens.
5. Double-click the "Media" folder, then double-click "Music."
6. Drag the downloaded ringtone to the open music folder and drop it in the folder. The progress of the transfer is displayed on your screen. Disconnect your phone when finished.
