Instructions
1. Contact Vodafone customer service department by dialing 191 from your Vodafone or 08700 700191 from another phone. However, Vodafone will charge you if you call from another phone.
2. Inform the representative that you want to add the ability to send and receive picture messages on your phone.
3. Provide the representative with your account number, name and address.
4. Wait for the representative to make the changes to your monthly plan. It may take a few minutes for the service to be active.
5. Restart your phone, when instructed by the representative. This will reset your services. When the phone powers back up, you should be able to receive picture messages.
