Create a ringtone for the Nokia 6133.
The Nokia 6133 is clamshell cell phone that features a variety of customization options. Of course, the first feature that most users are concerned with customizing is their ringtone. The Nokia 6133 supports MP3 ringtones, so you can use your own MP3 files on it without having to purchase ringtones from a ringtone website or your service provider. In order to use your MP3 files on your Nokia 6133, though, you first must create a ringtone out of the MP3 file, which you can do with the appropriate software.
Instructions
1. Launch your audio editor. Click "Open." Browse to your MP3 file on your computer's hard drive. Click "Open." The file is opened in your audio editor. If your audio editor begins automatically playing the MP3 file, click the "Stop" button and drag the song slider back to the beginning of the song.
2. Determine which section of the MP3 file you want to use as your ringtone on your Nokia 6133. Click on the image of the MP3 audio to place the beginning and ending markers around the section you want.
3. Use the "Cut" tool offered within the software to cut away the excess file around the selected clip. Save the ringtone when you are done, and you can now transfer the ringtone to your Nokia 6133.
