Most mobile service providers who offer the Motorola RAZR cell phone provide voice mail for customers. Before using your voice mail, you must set it up. When you receive a new voice mail message on your Motorola RAZR phone, a message icon appears on the home screen. Depending on your mobile service provider, the steps to set up your voice mail may vary slightly.
Instructions
1. Press and hold the "1" key on your Motorola RAZR cell phone. Release the key when the phone dials your voice mail.
2. Listen to the voice mail greeting. Enter your selected passcode when prompted by the system. Re-enter the passcode to confirm your selection.
3. Record your voice mail personal greeting when prompted. Press either the "*" or "1" key to confirm you want to use the recorded greeting. Press either "#" or "2" to re-record your greeting.
4. Listen to the additional instructions regarding your voice mail. If you have new messages, listen to the messages. Press "7" to delete a message, or press "9" to save a message.
5. Press the "End" key to exit the voice mail system on your Motorola RAZR cell phone.
